Rates:
One
 Session: $50 – 45 minutes – During this session, we will discuss past successes and struggles, frequency foods, doctor’s visit and results,  motivation, and create a personalized plan. 

2 Sessions: $90* – 45 minutes for the first and 30 minutes for the second two weeks after the first to check progress.

4 Sessions: $160* – 45 minutes for the first, 30 minutes for each follow up. 

8 Week Journey to Health: $300* – 30 minutes once a week for 8 weeks – During these sessions, we will discuss successes andstruggles during the week, nutrition tips, daily planning, recipes, motivation, and the plan of attack for each week!
